How do I reset or change my password?

This procedure will show you how to reset your password for your Canadian Red Cross online account (not signed in or forgot your password), or to change your password (signed into your account). 

 

Requirements 

  • You have an existing My Red Cross (MyRC) online account. 

 

Procedure – reset password 

  1. 1. Go to Red Cross Training and select SIGN IN from the upper right of the page. 

 

  1. 2. Under the Email Address field, select the red link labelled Forgot your password?

  1. 3. Enter your Email Address and then select the blue Send verification code button. 

 

 

 

  1. 4. Check your inbox for an email with your verification code. Copy the code and paste it in the Verification Code field, then click on Verify code.

  1. 5. Once the email address is verified, click Continue. 

 

  1. 6. Type your new password in the first and second field and click Continue. 

 

Your password has been updated.

Procedure – change password from within your profile

    1. 1. Once you SIGN IN to Red Cross Training, select Change Password under your user name

    1. 3. Check your inbox for an email with your verification code. Copy the code and paste it in the Verification Code field, then click on Verify code.
