Help us to reduce opioid-related deaths by being prepared to respond in an emergency. We offer free education and training to affect more positive outcomes surrounding this crisis in Canada. Becoming an Opioid Harm Reduction Champion is for anyone interested in reducing stigma around opioid use, learning more about the opioid poisoning crisis in Canada, and discovering ways they can help (must be 13 years of age or older). For Quebec learners, the following is the equivalent course: Opioid Harm Reduction Champions Course

 

(For Quebec learners) Becoming an Opioid Harm Reduction Champion is for anyone 16 years of age and older who wants to learn first aid skills and knowledge to prevent, recognize and respond to an opioid poisoning emergency.

 

Ontario Workplace Naloxone Program - First Aid for Opioid Poisoning is for Ontario-based employees registered with their workplace to participate in the Workplace Naloxone Program to meet provincial requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the Working for Workers Act (Bill 88).
