Effective May 26, 2023, social media login options are no longer offered on My Red Cross (MyRC). Below are the most frequently asked questions regarding this change.
How do I log in without my social media account?
We no longer offer social media login options. If you've logged in with social media before, you may have received an email with a link and instructions. Click the link you received and follow the instructions to reset your password.
I have not received an email with instructions, how can I log in?
If the "forgot your password" link does not work, go to Red Cross Training and select SIGN IN from the upper right. Select Sign up now and enter the email address you used to sign up with the Canadian Red Cross previously.
Will I be able to use social media login in the future?
Going forward, all users will be required to login in with their email address and password.
I was not able to log in to MyRC, what should I do?
