Resolve the Instructor Invalid Error

  1. Sign in to your My Red Cross account.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password, then click SIGN IN.

  3. On the main menu, select MY PROFILE, then My Certifications.
  4. If your certification is Valid, and you cannot create a course or issue certificates, please submit a request customer support for assistance.

  1.  If your instructor certification has expired, you will not be able to create courses or issue certificates and you will receive the error message ‘Invalid Instructor’. You can recertify within the 6-month grace period if you meet the requirements outlined in the Program Standard. Click here to recertify.
  2. If you have certificates that need to be released during this time, please contact your Training Partner for assistance.
