How Do I Request a Replacement Receipt?
You can request a replacement receipt in a few different ways.
You can call our Donor Experience team Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST at 1-800-418-1111 and a member of our team will be happy to request your replacement on your behalf.
You can also make this request by emailing us at wecare@redcross.ca. Please be sure to include your full name, mailing address, the amount of your donation, the channel by which you made your donation (phone, website, Face-to-Face canvasser, etc) and the date that your donation started.
Thirdly, you can request your receipt by filling in our webform here.
