Create, Update, or Close your Training Partner Account using online form

Canadian Red Cross (CRC) Training Partners can create, update, reactivate or close their online accounts using an online form.  The procedure has been streamlined for self-service, which previously required the assistance of a customer service agent and the completion a pdf form. 

 Launch form  

1.  Launch the Account Information Form in your browser with the following link: Formulaire d'information sur le compte / Account Information Form*

2.  A Microsoft Forms page appears.  Click the Start now button to begin.

3.  Complete Question 1 by selecting French or English, then click Next.  Enter your name  in Question 2 and email in Question 3.

NOTE:  At any time during the form completion process, click the Back button at the bottom of the page to return to the previous page.  The back button on the browser will not take you to the previous page.

 Reactivate, Update, or Close Account

4.  Make your selection in Question 4 for intended purpose and then click Next.

NOTE: If you are a corporate client, make the appropriate selection and proceed by using a different form.

5.  Complete the required (marked with a red asterisk) and optional fields, then click Next.  Once complete, click Submit.   

NOTE:  Incomplete or blank fields will return form errors.  Complete them to proceed.  Successful submissions will return the confirmation page, Great! Your response is successfully saved!

6.  Click the Save my response link to save a copy of your completed form. 

NOTE: You must be signed in to a Microsoft 365 account for this optional step to complete successfully.  A confirmation page will appear and you will be able to click the View my response link.

 Form processing time

The CRC will process the form, which may take up to 10 business days.
