- You are the primary contact or have been approved to order on behalf of your Training Partner.
- If you do not have access to order online, please submit a request to customer support for assistance.

To create an account on products.redcross.ca please follow these steps:
- Email your Account Manager, requesting a letter verifying your status as a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner.
- Create an Account at https://products.redcross.ca/account/register.
- Email francois@firstaidcentral.com to access Canadian Red Cross pricing discounts.
To order course materials online
- Go to Shop Red Cross.
- Sign in using your registered email and password.
- Browse products and add items to your cart.
- If you need to order more than 300 units, update the quantity directly in your cart.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to review your order and complete the checkout process.
