Requirements
- You have taken and passed a certification course with the Canadian Red Cross.
- You have an existing My Red Cross online account.
- You have waited up to 10 days after course completion to receive your certificate.
If you have taken a Canadian Red Cross online course your certificates of completion are available through the Canadian Red Cross Learning Campus or within your My Red Cross Profile.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Home page, under My Certificates select DOWNLOAD DETAILS.
3. On the My Certifications page, click on the dropdown menu next to the course and select View details.
4. On the View details page under Certificate, select your preferred option to download your certificate.
