How do I find and download my certification?

This procedure will show you how to find and download the digital certificate for courses you have taken with the Canadian Red Cross. 

 

Requirements 

  • • You have taken and passed a certification course with the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) 

  • • You have an existing My Red Cross (MyRC) online account 

  • • You have waited up to 10 days after course completion for the CRC Training Partner to issue the certificate

 

NOTE: If you have taken an online only course with the CRC, certificates of completion are available either through the Canadian Red Cross Learning Campus or within your My Red Cross Profile (i.e., instructions below).  

 

Procedure 

  1. 1. Sign in to your account. 

  1. 2. From the Home page select MY PROFILE, and then My Certifications in the drop-down list. 

 

  

 

  1. 3. Certifications will appear in a table under My Certifications

NOTE: What if your certification does not appear in the table? Contact the Training Partner that taught your course.

  1. 4. To view the details, select your name in the Participant column on the left, or use the drop-down action menu on the right and select View Details. 

 

  

 

  1. 5. On the certificates details page, you can view details under the General heading, or select the links to download your certificate(s) under the Certificates heading.
