Activate Your Online Course

Before you begin, ensure the following steps are complete:

•  You registered for one of the following:
  • An online course with the Canadian Red Cross.
  • A blended course with a Training Partner.
• You received your registration email.

• You have created your My Red Cross account.

   

1. Sign in to your My Red Cross account.
2. On the main menu, select MY PROFILE, then My Online Courses.
3. On the Course Language Selection page:
   • Click Activate beside your course to display your language preference.
4. On the Language Selection page:
   • Choose Yes or No to confirm your language preference.

Note: This selection is irreversible.

6. Once your language is selected:

• The page will automatically refresh, and the My Online Course Menu will appear.

7. Click Enter to start your course.
