How do I sign in as an existing user of My Red Cross account?

This procedure will show you how to sign in to your My Red Cross (MyRC) account.

Requirements 

•  You have previously received an invitation email from the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) and have already accessed and created your MyRC online profile.  

Procedure 

1.  On the Canadian Red Cross - Training site, select Sign in from the upper right of the page.screenshot of the CRC Training main menu, with Sign in link on the upper right side of the page 

2.  You will be directed to Welcome to MyRC page to sign in with your existing account. Enter the Email Address and Password used to create your MyRC account, then click the blue SIGN IN button.   screenshot of Welcome to MyRC sign-in page 

NOTE: If your email ends in @redcross.ca or @croixrouge.ca, click the white CRC button. 

Entering an email that does not match your account credentials will produce an error.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, select the Forgot your password? link and follow the instructions to reset.
