Sign in as an Existing User of My Red Cross Account

Requirement

•  You have previously received an invitation email from the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) and have accessed and created your MyRC online profile.   

Procedure 

1. On the Canadian Red Cross - Training site, select Sign In on the upper right of the page.  You will be directed to the Welcome to MyRC page.

2. Enter the same email and password you used to create your MyRC account, and then click SIGN IN. 

Note: Entering an email that does not match your account credential will produce an error.

If you have signed up for a course with the wrong email address, please contact the Training Partner with whom you registered with. If you cannot contact your Training Partner, please submit a request to customer support for assistance.
