How do I sign in and select a course as a new or existing user within my Company?

This procedure will show you how to sign in for the first time and to register your new My Red Cross (MyRC) account, if you are within a Company or a Major Account requiring you to take a Canadian Red Cross (CRC) course.   

The second procedure will show you how to sign in as an existing user within a Company or a Major Account.

For both options, the sign in process is coupled with course selection and registration.

 

Requirements 

You have received a link from your company to a CRC web page to find and select a course.     

 

Sign in as a new user

1.  From the Find a course web page with your company name, select a date range, enter your postal code, address or city, and optionally the Delivery Method. Then click the SEARCH button. 

 

2.  From the Results page, select a Register button in the right most column that corresponds to the desired course.

3You will be directed to the Welcome to MyRC verify email page. Enter the same Email Address you have used previously, then click the blue VERIFY EMAIL button.

4.  You will be directed to MyRC Create an account page (Sign-up).  Enter the required fields: Email Address (may be pre-populated), New Password, Confirm New Password, Given Name, and Surname.  Select the blue Create button.

NoteInstructions will appear for your password to contain between 8-16 characters, including 3 of 4 required elements.

5. Complete the required fields on the CRC Training > My Profile page & then select SUBMIT.

6.  Your profile has been created.   Currently the CRC sign-up process does not retain your course selection. Therefore, you must re-do Steps 1 and 2 of this procedure to re-select the course.  We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.

 

Sign in as an existing user

1.  From the Find a course web page with your company name, select a date range, enter your postal code, address or city, and optionally the Delivery Method. Then click the SEARCH button.  

2.  From the Results page following your search, select a Register button in the right most column that corresponds to the desired course.

3You will be directed to the Welcome to MyRC verify email page. Enter the same Email Address you have used previously, then click the blue VERIFY EMAIL button.

4You will be directed to MyRC sign in page. Your Email Address will be pre-populated.  Enter your Password then select the blue SIGN IN button.

5You will be signed in and directed by default to the CRC Training site Registration Confirmation Page
