Update Your Contact Information on Your My Red Cross Profile

1. Sign in to your My Red Cross account.

2. On the main menu, select MY PROFILE, then My Profile.     

3. On your My Profile page, update Your Info and click SUBMIT.

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Language
  • Phone
  • Emai
  • Address
  • Share my Information

If you are having trouble updating your profile, please submit a request to customer support for assistance.
