Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Canadian Red Cross offers blended (online/in-class) and in-class-only courses through our network of Training Partners.

Please note:

  • Rescheduling and refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of the Training Partner offering the course. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your Training Partner directly.
  • Self-directed and online portions of blended learning courses are non-refundable.
  • Online-only courses offered directly by the Canadian Red Cross are non-refundable. By registering, you acknowledge and accept that no cancellations or refunds will be issued for these courses. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
